TRACKING YOUR ACHIEVEMENT

Parents and caregivers play a key role in making healthy choices for children and also teaching children to make healthy choices for themselves. One way to ensure that you stick to your and your family’s healthy goals is tracking your diet and exercise daily. Keeping a food diary and logging fitness hours will track your progress and keep you motivated to keep going!
